Mr. Gainford Kofi Amponsah
Learning Management System Specialist
Gainford Kofi Amponsah is the LMS Specialist at Gainford Technologies, overseeing the Moodle platform that powers hybrid, distance, and classroom learning for the Ghana Virtual High School. He previously led New York’s ATTAIN Project and was an Instructional Technologist at the University of Ghana, closing digital‑literacy gaps. His bachelor’s (KNUST) and master’s degrees (SUNY, Philadelphia University) give him the pedagogical and technical expertise needed for a reliable, scalable LMS.

Edem Avotri
Managing Partner at Avotri Odoom & Co. LTD
Edem Avotri Odoom, Managing Partner at Avotri Odoom & Co., has over 20 years of finance experience—from stock‑broking to Vice President of Commercial Banking. He holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership, an MBA in Finance, and a CMA certification, combining strategic insight with rigorous financial expertise. This blend of banking, investment, and consultancy equips him to oversee the financial stewardship of large‑scale projects such as the Ghana Virtual High School.

Nori Abakah
Data Analyst, Gainford Technologies
Nori has 30 years of IT and analytics experience and now leads corporate analytics for a major Pittsburgh‑based financial firm. With expertise in SAS Visual Analytics, ETL, SQL, and Agile, plus a BS in Computer Science and an MS in IT Project Management, he builds robust data architectures and real‑time dashboards that give clear insight into student performance for the Ghana Virtual High School.

Mark Dei
Executive Director, DEKS Educational Institute, Tema, Ghana
Mark Dei brings 25 years of senior finance, administration, and governance experience—including senior roles at Ford Motors, Shell UK, Save the Children, and managing a £30 million NHS budget. As General Manager of DEKS Educational Institute and a member of the Institute of Directors – Ghana, he blends corporate‑governance expertise with strategic oversight of real‑estate and construction projects. A former Rotary Club of Tema president and Biblionef Ghana board member, he champions literacy and community development across Ghana.

Kingsley Osei, Esq
Corporate Counsel, Gainford Technologies
Kingsley Osei is a U.S.–based attorney with 18 years of experience guiding universities and online‑education platforms through accreditation, FERPA/GDPR, IP, and ADA compliance. He holds LL.M. degrees in Corporate Finance (Boston University) and U.S. Legal Studies (Jacob D. Fuchsberg), plus an LL.B. from Ghana, giving him a rare Ghana‑US legal perspective. His expertise keeps the Ghana Virtual High School secure, ethical, and fully compliant.

Moses N.B. Ayiku Junior
Founder & Managing Consultant, Lacewood Associates
Moses Nee brings over 30 years of finance, economics, and education experience, holding an MBA in Finance (Rutgers) and an M.Phil. in Economics (University of Ghana). He has senior‑level roles with the Bank of New York Mellon, Bloomberg, Deloitte, the IMF, and U.S. Small Business Development Centers, where he led large teams and revived entrepreneurship programs. As a longtime economics professor, he has taught more than a thousand students across colleges in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Connecticut, blending theory with real‑world application. His expertise in curriculum development, project management, and capacity building strengthens the Ghana Virtual High School’s educational reform component.

Adjei Fokuoh
Senior IT Infrastructure Architect & Technical Project Manager
Adjei Fokuoh has 20+ years designing, migrating, and securing large‑scale IT infrastructures, most recently leading cloud‑migration and cybersecurity projects for Volvo Cars and Västtrafik. Originally from Ghana and now based in Sweden, he moved from a medical‑technician background into IT, earning certifications in network engineering, Microsoft platforms, ITIL, and Lean Management. His expertise in high‑availability architecture and identity‑access management equips him to build robust, scalable digital‑learning infrastructure. As a proven technical project leader, he’s a strategic asset for the Ghana Virtual High School’s secure, high‑performance platform.
